Will supply change issues affect orders?
Supply chain issues are beyond our control and may affect availability of certain items. If we are unable to obtain any ordered items in a timely manner you will be refunded in full for unavailable items.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns since all products are custom made and printed just for you. Defective items will be replaced.
Can I change my order once I place it?
Orders can only be changed or canceled up to 24 hours after the order is placed by contacting us.
Unfortunately, because all products are custom made and printed just for you, we will not be able to make changes to your order or cancel your order after the 24 hour cutoff.
What are my delivery options?
All orders will be available for pickup on or after pickup date listed on front page.
